Review Teams,
Please send to your design team a “Request for Additional Information Memo” by the end of today, March 12th at 8pm. The structure of the memo should be:
- We have received and will review the following documents:
- list of document IDs
- list of blog links that contain information that will be reviewed
- list of prototype pieces (3D print-outs, paper flowchart prints)
- Please provide us with the following additional documents by Wednesday, March 13th at 11am.
- plans for future calculations
- input decks for future calculations
- additional background information
- source files
- We will issue our peer review in the form of:
- Explain if you’ll make posts on their website, or issue them separate documents for each document reviewed etc.
- Make a plan for your review. Assigning individual and team tasks is also a good thing to do at this point.
Note1: you are encouraged to discuss with the design team throughout the review period, but the design team is not expected to provide you with information, or answer your questions. The design team may respond, if they have time, or they may not. So it’s in your interest to make a relatively complete review plan at the time of issuing this memo to the design team.
Note2: No grading points are assigned to this memo. It is pass/fail, and you must pass it.
